I was dreading the works Christmas party when they announced that it was black tie and therefore ball gowns as there is very little choice in ball gowns for ladies with a larger figure! What an absolutely fabulous service. I ordered my dress on Wednesday and received it this morning (Friday!) beautifully packaged. The dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly. I thought maybe the quality of the material and detail would be sacrificed to keep the prices as low as they are but that was definitely not the case. When trying to find a dress for a ball I was going to, I came across this website. There are such beautiful dresses on here, and I found one that I liked. After ordering the dress, Jan contacted me to advise that they did not have the dress chosen in my size, however she asked for my measurements and said that she would check whether another size might fit. Unfortunately the other size would not have fit, but that was down to the style that I had chosen. Instead I looked on the website again and found another dress that I really liked, this time the dress was in stock, in my size. Jan sent the dress and it arrived the following morning, the dress was beautifully packaged, such care and attention had been taken. When I unpacked the dress to try it on, it fitted perfectly and looked gorgeous. I had a lovely time at the ball and no-one was wearing the same dress! I now know that whenever I need a dress for a special occasion I can call on my Fairy Godmother!

I was very impressed with the packaging that my ball gown came in; the little stars were lovely, it was so neat and I could tell you did it really carefully. The measurements you gave on the website were accurate and it therefore fitted me perfectly. I was so relieved!!

Everyone at the ball I went to said I looked like a princess and were amazed to hear that the dress cost me just Â£40 inc. postage and packaging. I am still amazed by it, it was great value for money, an excellent service and good quality in all ways. The fairy godmothers are great, I have been a pain in the bum for the last few week's, with worry and stress over the dress, the payment, the postage ect! The fairy godmothers have been so kind with my e-mails and phone call's, putting my mind at rest and keeping me posted all the way. My dress arrived today and its fab!! I ordered on line as I do not live near to the shop, but wished I did as I would love to have visited it.

I found the web site so easy to navigate, with loads of info and pictures.

I spoke on the phone on many occassions and sent many emails, which were always answered promptly and courteously, the service offered is fantastic and I would recommend the fairy godmothers to any body looking for that special dress, they have an amazing selection. I buy dresses every year (this is the first time from the internet) and I have to say the service has outweighed any where else I have been.

WAAAAAAY back in 2005ish I purchased an increadible ball gown from you folks. I just wanted to tell you, not only was it more beautiful than I expected, It has been now worn to many many events, and still soldiers on in great condition. I bought it for a Navy Ball in Japan. When I returned, my husband set up a formal suprise date night to see the Nutcracker Ballet in Seattle. I wore it to a holiday ball here in the states. Soon I'll be wearing it to another date night. (There were other events in there as well.) I never thought I was buying a gown that would be worn more than once, but the classic styling and perfect fit make it possible. Thank you so much!
