She had always had trouble with her clothes; she was so petite that most things buried her, she couldn’t imagine where she would get a ball gown that would suit. It arrived the very next day and she couldn’t believe that it actually fit.
When she slipped her gown on she felt like a woman for the first time in her life, what a transformation from a mousey little girl in to a confident young woman and all it took was a magical gown from her fairy godmother. At last she could look forward to going to the ball.
William was bored; he had committed himself to going to this ball and regretted it instantly. As the rest of the group were chatting amongst themselves William sat back in his chair and scanned the room, he knew most of the people there and didn’t particularly care to mingle amongst them.

A group of females dressed in the usual candy pink tulle were stood chatting and giggling, she however stood on the outskirts of the group, her gown was the most unusual petrol, it caressed her curves showing of her slender frame and seemed toshimmer every time she moved. As she turned he saw her beautiful eyes catch sight of him, she blushed as she shyly smiled.
William wasted no time at all, he held her gaze as he crossed the room towards her...
